Dr. Mohan Rao Wakode considers himself fortunate to have dedicated 24 years of his life to building a memorial at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's birthplace, now a complete dedication to future generations. However, he recognizes that developing a single location alone cannot fulfill Ambedkar's vision for India. Today, the mission of spreading Lord Buddha's teachings and Dr. Ambedkar's ideals globally is being carried forward by Dhammaduta Dr. Gagan Malik. In support of this noble mission, Dr. Wakode has pledged his life to the Gagan Malik Foundation. Through its membership campaign, the foundation aims to unite people across the country, strengthening the hands of Dhammaduta Dr. Gagan Malik in advancing Dhamma.

P.S. Khobragade, Vice President in Gagan Malik Foundation and Founder of Shraman Shiksha Abhiyan, has dedicated himself to advancing education and supporting Buddhist values. Over the past seven years, he has adopted 30 students, supporting their education from the fifth grade through Ph.D. levels. This commitment includes covering all their expenses related to living, food, education, and healthcare, allowing these students to pursue their academic and personal growth without financial obstacles

Vikas Tayde, Secretary of the Gagan Malik Foundation, has made significant contributions to education, Buddhism, and community welfare. He has adopted 30 students, guiding them from fifth grade to Ph.D. level studies. For the last seven years, he has fully supported their living expenses, including food, education, health care, and housing. This ongoing commitment ensures that each student can pursue their education without financial burdens, empowering them to contribute to society. Beyond education, Vikas Tayde is the founder of a Buddhist Monastery situated on a serene 14-acre land parcel at Dhamma Bhumi, Kelzar, in Selu Tahsil, District Wardha, Maharashtra. This monastery, established as a center for peace and spiritual growth, has been a significant part of the region's Buddhist heritage since 1960.

Social Worker

Dr. Saurabh Suman is an Indian Agri researcher who was awarded the Nari Shakti Puraskar. She leads an NGO that empowers women in Bihar. Suiman has also been involved in organising celebrations of Mahishasur martyrdom day.

Suman became the secretary of the NGO, Bihar Seva Sansthan. The organisation focuses its work on the distract around the city of Nawada but is interested in Bihar as well. With her leadership Bihar Seva Sansthan organised courses in information technology and mobile phones for women and she arranged for women to take part in agricultural research for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)

Varsha Meshram has been dedicated to social service since her early years, driven by a strong desire to bring positive change to her community. Over time, she has overcome numerous challenges, connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and especially those engaged in the Buddhist social sphere and various social movements. Through these connections, Varsha has actively contributed to social causes and built a network that supports her work toward social justice and welfare
